  • After 7 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unstitched, and in its original condition.
  • The fabric should not be cut, washed, stitched, altered, or damaged.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Stitched or altered items
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Items purchased during clearance / sale
  • Products without original tags or packaging

If you received:

  • A wrong item
  • A defective or damaged product

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange without any additional cost.

🚚 Exchange Process

  2. Send pictures/video of the product for verification.
  3. Once approved, you can send the parcel back to us.
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will send your replacement item.
