π Exchange Timeframe
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.
π Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unstitched, and in its original condition.
- The fabric should not be cut, washed, stitched, altered, or damaged.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
π« Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Stitched or altered items
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items purchased during clearance / sale
- Products without original tags or packaging
π¦ Wrong or Defective Item
If you received:
- A wrong item
- A defective or damaged product
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange without any additional cost.
π Exchange Process
- Contact us on our official WhatsApp or customer support with your order number and issue details.
- Send pictures/video of the product for verification.
- Once approved, you can send the parcel back to us.
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will send your replacement item.

- If the exchange is due to customer choice (e.g., color change, design change), the customer will bear return shipping charges.
- If the product is wrong, defective, or damaged, Mens Loom will cover the exchange shipping.
